I liked both of these acquisitions separately but together there seems to be a significant amount of product overlap.

OpenText has obviously embraced the new industry mantra of bringing under their umbrella traditionally disparate products. When will customers benefit? There are going to be many circumstances a la Documentum/eRoom where a salesperson is going to say to themselves “Hmmm. Should I propose traditional Livelink, or some of the IXOS stuff?”. And if the salespeople are not allowed to sell both, what is the point?
