They maintain that they are not looking to be acquired. Is this smart?

Maybe. I think this industry is the next hot technology. It is perfectly capable of producing the next SAP or PeopleSoft. Which companies are poised to lead this growth and grow with it? FileNET? OpenText? Documentum errr. EMC? Or maybe it will grow with the likes of IBM leading the way. I think maybe Documentum thought the latter. I think FileNET and OpenText think the former.
