Poll Results: Interwoven and iManage Merger
The results of what you think of the Interwoven/iManage merger are in and they are seriously mixed.
33% think it is good for Interwoven but bad for iManage.
25% think it is good for everyone.
25% think it is bad for everyone.
17% think it is good for iManage but bad for Interwoven.
So what can we make of this? Nothing at all in my opinion. Like most polls, there wasn’t a place to specify things like “if this or if that, then perhaps…”. That’s the camp that I am in. IF Interwoven doesn’t abondon why iManage was successful, IF they use the iManage architecture as their go-forward model and IF Interwoven is able to overcome the challenge of integrating a different type of sales process, it should be good for everyone. IF NOT, we’ll see.
